Let me answer some of your questions!
Pricing covers logistically the amount of photography coverage, time editing, the software and tools needed to edit and store images, equipment needed (lenses, batteries, memory cards, lighting equipment, editing equipment), delivery and storage programs as well as a client relationship manager system to stay organized and provide excellent customer experiences. Time to prepare, scout, and complete administrative tasks associated with all of these responsibilities. Finally, the experiential cost of having a skilled professional who will listen, take the time to understand your story and style, and guide you effectively through a session with poses and prompts that make it memorably fun while also curating the timeless pieces you can’t wait to hang on your walls!
Relly Photography includes 20 images with your gallery for all packages. You can choose any 20 from the entirety of the session that you love! At the time of delivery, you may choose to purchase an upgrade to 40 images or the entire album. Exceptions include Engagement & Wedding packages along with extended family sessions that include multiple family units. Minis and Corporate Headshot minis are exceptions as well, and their galleries are thoroughly explained in their package offerings.
This model allows for my packages to have more flexible pricing for my clients. Personally, I passionately believe that having portraits of these celebratory moments in our lives is worth so much more than the price tag! I want to help all families and individuals document their stories so that they may look back on them and treasure them for a lifetime!
At Relly photography, we are your biggest supporters and will do everything in our power to make this the best experience for you! Relly Photography is just as excited about your portraits as you are! We are thrilled to show you the images we capture, and will do our very best to get a full preview to you within the first week of our session, if not sooner!
The full gallery takes time to process since we personally inspect and process every photograph. This process is done in house, which provides better quality and requires a little more time. Usually, the full gallery is delivered within a 30 day window of the session depending on volume.
Images are stored for a two week period, and then they will no longer be active. It is so important that the gallery is downloaded and saved before the images are expired.
If you are ordering printed or framed products, this storage window may be longer and will remain active until the order is complete. Images are retained for 3 years and can be re-uploaded for a fee (because more storage typically needs to be purchased to accommodate a re-upload).
